CelebifyAI plans include monthly credits and access to our features as described on the pricing page. If you believe there has been a billing error, please contact us within 14 days of the charge at admin@celebifyai.com.

Eligibility

Refunds may be considered for duplicate charges or if you were unable to access the service due to a verified platform issue. Credits consumed during normal usage are not refundable.

Processing

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method by our payment processor, Phyziro (phyziro.com).
